Pointant Piquant, so named after the hedgehog in Rudyard Kipling's Just So Stories, even though he is NOT a hedgehog. I have a soft spot for porcupines... I find their square faces positively adorable. Pointant Piquant is, once again, a very ingenious Folkmanis puppet. I love that his spikes are sort of faked by the different lenghts and colors in his fur, that is pretty ingenious. and it DOES really look like the real thing too, from afar, since porcupines DO have dark fur where their lighter spikes show exactly like this. He is a tad smaller than I expected when I ordered him from EBay, but he's every inch magically endearing.
