This is Trixy Coyote, nicknamed "Trickster" because coyotes are often renown as being tricksters in many cultures, but also because he arrived at my door on Halloween night (trick or treat!). There's quite a long story attached to that Incredible Petables coyote...
Incredible Petables stuffed animals are in low supply all over the world. I heard it's because a fire destroyed their factory and stopped the production. So anyway, every store on the web I knew were running out of these coyotes and I badly wnated one before it was too late. However the only store I found which were still offering this toy were the Plush Ark and they don't ship to Canada. So I had a friend from Ontario who's sister worked in the US order the coyote for me and have it shipped inside the US to then ship it to me in Canada.
Everything was going well until the package reached Longueuil (the city where I live). It seems that someone on my street moved and had their mail redirected. The post office confused my adress with this person's and so re-directed the coyote to them. Since they had not ordered any coyote, they refused the package and Canada Post shipped it back to Windsor where my friend had to re-send it.
The poor canine had quite a long trip to reach me, but in the end he was able to join my pack. :)
