This is Hermine the Bat. She obviously is not an hermine and I sadly don't remember where the name came from. I think it was from a bad traduction in an Archie comic book or something like that.
I got her as a party favor when I was a kid. We had a lot of games and the winner could chose a present on a table. Of course the bat was the first one to go but I did not win her. A friend of mine did, a boy named Simon. Everyone during the whole party tried to bribe him into giving the bat up but he refused. I had won fabric paint and candies. In the end hunger saved me as Simon wanted my candies so badly he exchanged the bat. ;)
