King Hoot is the High Emperor of the Forest. He rules over everybird and everybeast in my Zoo. Well not exactly, but he likes to think so. Still, others often come to him for advices which he enjoys dispencing. But one must be careful when asking King Hoot for his thoughts, because King Hoot likes to test passersby by giving silly advices and seeing who will be clever enough to question him instead of taking his word blindly for granted.

Hoot is Folkmanis' Great Owl. A most beautiful thing. His beak doesn't open, but using a lever inside his body you can turn his head and blink his eyes. It's a bit hard to master but it sure looks stunning. Hoot was a present from the Royame d'Avalon for my work as an animator for them for season 2007.
