Ok, I admit it, I was out of ideas for names and it seemed logic to name a bald eagle Sam... The thing is, I'm having a hard time finding this little guy's name because he was a big disapointment... I admit I failed to do my research like I usually do before buying a stuffed animal or a puppet : research for pictures different than the ones on the official website. The thing is, these picture are taken professionaly to make the product look at it's best. But before I buy it, I want to see it at it's worst, taken by someone in their living room with normal crappy lighting, so I get a better idea of what it looks like in real life. But I didn't this time.
For starters, I was expecting him to be bigger. The head and body I mean. For some reason I also was under the impression his beak could move. But instead this puppet can do nothing but flap it's wings. Of don't get me wrong, it does it beautifully, I was totally impressed by the genius of the craftmanship. However, I was expecting something like the Red Tailed Hawk or the Raven... With a moving beak and head...

Oh well, still a very nice puppet!
