Pierre is a very friendly African Grey Parrot by Folkmanis. He is named after the real Pierre, who is a real African Grey. You can see how Pierre was involved in the creating of this puppet here on ActII's blog.
Pierre is also the name of my godfather who I love very much, so it's a double win to name my parrot Pierre.
