Sam is a Pooch Patrol from the 80's. You can flip his lips and eyebrows to make him frown and put him in "guard mode". A friend of mine was kind enough to snatch him for me at a garage sale. :D Sam is not too fond of Colonel and his grand ideas of teamwork. He comes from the other side of the city, where things are different, and he'd rather have his own pack than run with Colonel's. |
