Francis is a special Pooch Patrol. Like Duke, his teeth, eyes and ears glow in the dark. He's also the first Pooch Patrol I've ever witnessed with pointy teeth.
Francis was named after the bulldog in Disney's Oliver and cie. He tries to be as classy as the original Francis, but his short temper usually gets the better of him.

Francis is the mayor's dog. This choice position allows him and Duke to work together and help keep the pound away from the Patrol as much as possible.
