This is Duke, he's my third Pooch Patrol so far (or my fourth if we count the one that a friend is still currently holding for me at his place). I don't know his factory name, nor when he was built, whether he's a special edition or what. His teeth and eyes and inner ears glow in the dark, though, and he's wearing a collar. Two features I have never seen before on a Pooch Patrol. I know he's not a fake because of the embroidery in his ear, but he sure is unusual. My guess is Tonka came up with these around the time they came up with the super heroes Pooch Patrols. They were probably trying to add more gadgets to them to try and make them seem new and original again after a while. I wonder how many "generations" there were, how many breeds and all that. I wish I could find more info about them at all. I won Duke on eBay.

Duke is the chief of Police's dog. He befriended Colonel Woof and now tries his best to help the Patrol out as much as he can.
