Meet Colonel Woof, from the Pooch Patrol. When I was in 6th grade, a friend of mine gave him to me. I always wanted a Pooch Patrol, I find the concept of having a plush dog that can turn from friendly to vicious guard dog against a kid's nightmare is the greatest! Woof can lower his eyebrows and frown, while his lips can be pulled up and show his teeth.

Colonel is a rather old dog, with lots of experience. He decided to put this experience to good use by trying his best to get the city strays to work together instead of fight for scraps. He gathers young dogs from all over the city and tries to keep them safe and well fed.
