Bitsy is a Pooch Patrol by Tonka. He's one of the four original designs. At first I didn't want to get the poodle. I'm not into poodles much. But I found him for sale on eBay along Floppy and both of them were really cheap, so why not.

After long and fruitless researches, I've finally fell upon an eBay seller who had in hand the original Pooch Patrol pamphlet. she was kind enough to share it with me and so I now know his real factory name is Bitsy. :)

Bitsy always wanted something more from life than to be a pampered prize winner. He escaped his home to get a taste of adventure but when reality hit him in the face (in the form of a car...) he wanted to go back to his former pillows. Alas, when he was finally healed and reached his former home, it was only to find out he was already replaced and forgotten.
Bitsy kept a stiff leg and a bitter idea of humans from his adventure.
