This has got to be the weirdest name for a dog ever.
My dad gave my mom this dog when they were younger, on a trip to Cape Cod. Then when they presented the dog to my sister, when she was a toddler, she decided this would be his name. No matter how weird it is, it has stuck ever since.
Chien Chien is a wonderfully heavy beanie and I love the way he feels when you're holding him in your hands.

I recently was told that Chien Chien à Queue Trompette is a "Drooper Dog", a quite sought after serie of dogs by Dakin. His real name is "Chocolate Marshmallow".
