Now with ears and some bottom teeth. I'm having a lot of trouble with the bottom jaw, I'll have to find a way to fix that. The thing is it tends to squash and open up the sides when the mouth is closed... I'd glue/sew it to the elastic inside but it would probably prevent the mouth from moving so well.

I love the ears, they're nothing but fabric. A layer of leatherette and a layer of fur. They're sewed with a curve so they keep rather straight but if you stroke the head they'll flatten under your hand. It gives them a pretty natural feel. Much more natural than when I put plastic canva in them or something similar. ;)

I also made a short video to show the jaw movement. It works pretty well and will move with every word.
