Communication is the key to positive transactions.
Therefore I would appreciate if you would read this whole page before ordering.

Most of the details will be settled via email conversations, but we both will need
a bit of info to start.
Please feel free to ask for special requests, the worst that could happen is I refuse.

Price Chart

  • 1 pet, on white or very simple colored background - 30.00$CDN
  • Each additional complete pet, even on the same drawing - 30.00$CDN

Prices may vary according to detail level required on pet, accessories and/or backgrounds since more details mean more hours of work.
Prices may also vary if pets are not shown whole, or if they're very simplified.
Always ask for exact price before paying.
I will normally have a clear idea of the work involved and price deserved once the sketch is done. Sometimes just a concept is not enough to set a price.
Usually, I can count at least a good 3 hours of work per portrait, therefore 30.00$.

So technically, once you have approved the sketch, I will be able to send you an invoice and will wait for your payment to go foward. Unless you want your commission sent via snail mail, which may make the total price vary. (see
shipping methods) PLEASE do not pay until I have sent you a complete invoice.

I will ALWAYS send you a scan of the sketches for approval BEFORE I ink it.
I will ALWAYS send you a compressed version of the colors for approval
BEFORE I print it or send you the good printable final version.

Once it's approved, there's no going back.
If something in the drawing is bothering you, let me know when I ask for your approval.

Payment Methods

  • Personal check sent via snail mail at your own risk (will need to clear at the bank before shipping of the product, accounts in canadian dollars only)
  • International Money Orders in Canadian funds sent via snail mail at your own risk (will need to clear at the bank before shipping of the product)
  • Paypal, though I cannot currently receive credit card payments

Shipping Methods

  • Email : I will send you via email a printable version of your commission.
  • Snail Mail : I will print your commission myself then send it to you via postal services. I will charge 3.00$CDN for each sheet I print for you. Shipping charges are 12.00$CDN. This includes packaging (tube) and shipping fees with insurances. Should the fees for your destination go over 12.00$CDN, you will be charged the difference. If the procedure demands too much work or travelling on my part, you may be charged handling fees as well. Although normally there's no need to.

CafePress Alternative

  • For an additional 5.00CDN fee, instead of me printing the portrait and shipping it to you, I will apply your pet portrait onto one of the many products available on CafePress (t-shirt, hoodie, mousepad, mug, tote bag, etc.) of your choice. I will then send you a private link to your personnalized item so you can purchase it directly in my CafePress store. You will have 2 weeks (14 days) to place your order. At the end of the 14 days, I will take the product out of my store in order to preserve the exclusivity of your order.

Once your questionnaire is filled and sent, I will receive a notification.
I will then mark your request as "received" on the waiting list, and send you an email once your turn comes. If you can see your order on my waiting list, so can I.
I will need pictures of your pet for the next step.
If you haven't heard from me in a long long time or if your order doesn't show up in the waiting list once your questionnaire has been sent, email me, we'll see what happened.

Important Notes

  • There will be no refund.
    You have had your chance to approve or not the work that was being done; once it's paid, it's paid. I'm sorry.
  • I will not be held responsible for any damage during shipping.
    Once it leaves my hands, it's out of my control.
    This includes shipping via email. My computer is virus free and being
    checked every so often. I will not be held responsible for anything that may happen once my emails have been sent.
  • I reserve the right to refuse to do any commission, for any reason.
    In this instance - and this instance only - a refund will be offered.
  • I keep all my copyrights over the commissions I sell you.
    Any replica or use of the drawings without my consent will be considered a violation of these rights. This includes the drawings I send via email, even though I have no other protection than your word for it.
